probable answer is individualism. rampant individualistic attitudes amongst people is bringing new kind of conundrums. education is bringing new stream of men and women who has lot much of importance for ones own self rather than ones own people. agree, that one s ego should not be hurt. but the very meaning of individuality and egoism is changing. individuality in display these days is very much partial to ones self. if a person is individualistic it means he or she must know how to respect the other person's inviduality too. mutual respect and mutual appreciation only can solve human relations problem. higher education as supposed must bring in compasion and matured views on life. but in contrary it is bringing in more of egoism and more of attitude. if one can recognise this no need of calling upon a human relations expert or any psychiatrist for assistance.
shed down ego. smile ande get ready to say sorry if necessary. i am sure. it puts down all problems on earth. because no problem is bigger than loosing the dearer ones.
